Enumeration and Letter Code RGKE
Completed by me
Signature :- George Boultbee

Date:- October 13th 1939

Notes:-

This register was ordered by the Government to allow the issuing of identity cards and Ration Books.
Because of the 100 year rule, only persons who had died when the Register was open to the public are listed.
All living persons have a closd record, even though they may have died after the Register was opened.
Although every care has been taken in transcribing the Register, errors may occur and to be certain the original records should be consulted.
Words in brackets after the surname are the married names. These were added later after marriage.
Because the Register was hand written, some words were difficult to dicipher, where an attempt has been made the attempt is ended with ?
Also the 0 and 8 are difficult to distinguish. The H W appears to stand for Heavy Worker
